    Step by Step

    Typical Order of Events

    • ONETHE ROOF INSPECTION

      Inspecting the Aftermath

A representative arrives for a thorough examination of your property. Here, we’ll record your roof’s age, condition, materials, and accessories. Most of the time, we're called after severe storms to help tarp and repair properties; and to document damages caused by wind, hail, or hurricanes. For routine inspections, we'll deliver updates to your condition of the roof with a snapshot comparison to our last inspection.
    • TWOThe Damage Report

      Reviewing the Evidence

Once your inspection is complete, our Project Manager will review the damage report - outlining the condition of your roof, evidence of storm damage with our homeowners, and potential risks for future compromise if left unrepaired. At this point, you as the homeowner will decide how best to move forward with your repair with options available.
    • THREEThe Adjuster Meeting

      Meeting With Insurance

Should you opt for filing an insurance claim, we can assist you through the process as your exclusive contractor. We'll start by delivering the damage report and media package, and with authorization, we'll attend your field adjuster (insurance rep) meeting to stand by your side as a roofing expert.

We are NOT insurance experts, adjusters or attorneys.
    • FOURTHE FINAL CONTRACT

      Putting it on Paper

This is the fun part. For retail projects, this is where we put our final pieces together in writing. For insurance claims, this means that your carrier has accepted your claim, and we're ready to pick colors (according to HOA if applicable), and schedule our crews for your roofing repairs of full roof replacement.
    • FIVENOC & The Special Delivery

      Delivering the Materials

After the homeowner has completed a Notice of Commencement, Everth Roofing of America will submit for all permits and documentation for your private construction project. There will be plenty of notice for this, and we always communicate scheduling to ensure your preferences and restrictions are met for our homeowners.
    • SIXGAME DAY - THE INSTALLATION

      Getting Real

Weather Pending, our factory-trained installers arrive early to begin. Your Quality Control Manager will be on site to oversee and ensure the project. Remember: It's loud. It can be messy. But it's done safely, professionally - and you won't even know we were there when we leave. At the end of each day and after our final walk through, we remove and haul all trash and debris, and sweep your yard with magnetic rollers to collect all loose metal for a deep clean of your property.
    • SEVENTHE FINALS

      Making it Final.

After project completion, we will take a Final Walk Through, ensuring no detail was lost in translation. Upon documentation that work is satisfactory, up to code and warranty requirements; a Certificate of Completion (COC) is signed and submitted to the carrier, the developer and/or the homeowner. Once received and approved, we'll submit a Final Invoice and collect the Final Balance.

As a sign of commitment to our homeowners, we schedule another complimentary roof inspection one year from this day.

This is the part where you come in.

Notice Any Missing or Creased Shingles?

In our experience, when you can see a little from the ground - you can find a lot more up top. Storm damage isn't always easy to see. Let us help and report back. You can relax.

Is Your Roof Older Than Ten Years Old?

Hopefully it's not time for a new roof quote yet, but it's definitely time for an inspection - and likely a little bit of sealant and minor repair done the right way.

New Leaks Are Often Signs of Old Damage.

Ignoring storm damage can lead to costly out-of-pocket repairs, interior water intrusion damage, and risks your roof’s coverage. Let's make sure it's fixed.
