What We're Currently Looking For

Sales Project Manager: Greater Tampa Bay

Everth Roofing of America is looking for hardworking, honest individuals to join our project management and sales force. The perfect candidate will have a strong grasp of today’s manufacturers, materials and product lines.

Success in this role depends entirely on your personal drive and determination. As an independent contractor, you must be confident in generating your own leads and building strong relationships within the community.

The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively, along with the willingness to engage in canvassing and direct, face-to-face interactions with homeowners. You should be physically capable of climbing ladders and safely navigating rooftops, possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and be prepared to handle the costs of operating your business — including expenses for your vehicle, tools, and marketing efforts.

Seeking bilingual English and Spanish speakers.

Requirements
  • Reliable Transportation (Company Truck Earned by Top Performers)
  • Sales Experience, Material Knowledge and Industry Understanding Preferred
  • Willingness to learn and work with your team
  • Continued desire to assist home and business owners before and after the sale with a never-ending commitment to customer service.
  • General Liability Insurance – Company Assistance Offered.

 

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through canvassing, networking, referral marketing and self-initiated efforts.

  • Conduct roof inspections to evaluate damage or wear.

  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and explain Everth Roofing scopes and proposals clearly and honestly.

  • Present accurate project estimates and contracts for homeowner approval.

  • Coordinate contract and project handoff with your Sales Manager and Office Manager, using our CRM and custom workflows.

  • Represent Everth Roofing of America with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
